Shipping & Delivery

Delivery policy
ICC Pharmacy orders are shipped Philippines-wide using couriers like JNT, Flash, Ninjavan, Lalamove or elses. Most orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days from order date (exclude Sunday and Public holidays).

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been packed and shipped. The email will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order.

Orders can take up to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your delivery location. Please refer to the delivery timeframe displayed on your tracking email for the most accurate ETA, and contact us at info@icc.com.ph if you have still not received your parcel after the timeframe displayed.

Seller-Courier Responsibility
As the merchant, we are responsible for the packaging and handling of your package in order to be picked up as soon as possible. As soon as it is picked up, the courier is responsible in delivering your order to your doorstep within the specified timeframe.

Given the unreliability of couriers in the Philippines, delays caused solely by the courier, while rare, are inevitable. In cases like this, please inform us so we can get an update on your package from the courier. We will do our best to expedite the delivery of your package.
