Ingredients A2 Milk™ skim milk (44%), lactose, a2 Milk™ whole milk (19%), inulin, minerals (magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, iodine), dried fish oil [emulsifier (soy lecithin)], vitamins [vitamins (B6, C, D, E), thiamin, niacin, folic acid].
Contains milk, soy and fish.

Directions

Add four level scoops of powder to the water and stir or shake until dissolved. Serve immediately. Recommended intake is 2 serves per day.
